Team Jameson was created to inspire and support the passionate athlete who just loves triathlon and wants to belong to a fun supportive group of team members. 

The Team was started by retired professional athlete Joel Jameson who saw a multitude of amateur athletes training and racing and really loving the sport. Why should all the support go to the top pro athletes when their are plenty of amateur athletes who give everything in the same races

The philosophy of the team is to create a pro level of support for all the team through sponsorship and without any pressure to perform.
