Cycle winter jacket

£130

The winter jacket is developed to meet the needs of racers looking for a warm, insulative and highly visible jacket, without being over-insulated during medium to high intensity trainings.

On the front of the torso and on the sleeves, we have used Tempest Protect, a version of our renown Tempest fabric, modified with an extra wind proof layer. On the back we have used regular Tempest. This way you are protected against the elements, without the risk of overheating.

The back pocket section is made of PXL fabric, and improves visibility in low light conditions.

Cycle Ls Jersey

£75

This long sleeve jersey is entirely made of Bioracer’s Tempest, an insulative, breathable fabric with a water repellency treatment.

This carefully chosen fabric is warm enough to protect against cold, wind and rain but at the same time light enough to prevent the rider from overheating when temperatures get warmer.

The jersey has a bodyfit cut, designed for speed, tailored for comfort. The cut of the torso is slightly wider. This improves comfort for bigger riders, whilst giving the same aero advantage.

Cycle Ss Jersey

£75

This jersey combines our renown Prof Bodyfit shape with a 100% Lycra construction.

The result is drastic. A thighter fit means better aerodynamics without being too constrictive. Better aerodynamics mean more speed with the same amount of force. It’s simple maths. Seamless sleeves, a wide waist cuff with silicon gripper tape and 3 easily reachable back pockets make this jersey a reliable solution for most of your summer rides, including the fast ones.

This jersey hits the balance between a good price point and superb aerodynamics and fit. If you are looking for a jersey that’s lightning fast but doesn’t break the bank, then this is it.

aero socks

£18

Ask Kirsten Wild, Jolien D'Hoore, Remco Evenepoel, Dion Beukeboom and the riders of our national track teams what they use next to their tailored speedsuits when hunting for medals, and they are most likely going to answer this pair of socks.

In case you were wondering: our research into the development of aerodynamic socks goes 5 years back in time. Initially developed for Jens Voigts successful World Hour Record attempt in 2014, we brought this often copied, never equalled product on the market a couple of months later. These socks are now in their third generation and still are the benchmark.

Tested in the tunnel, and perfected for track and road racing, these socks give the rider an aerodynamic advantage

Sturdy cycle bikes - custom titanium bikes

(enquire for process)

About me and why I build bikes: I design and manufacture made to measure frames that are uniquely optimised to Thier individual rider.  I have an academic background in aeronautical engineering and also hold a master's degree in sports biomechanics.  I used to race (triathlon) at a respectable level and have also dabbled in the individual disciplines.  I first started building frames whilst I was racing to try and help me better understand bicycle geometry and design, this quickly moved into an interest in how the rider interacts with the bike and how to tune and optimise this.  Since starting to build bike frames professionally this remains one of the most important areas of my focus and I have refined the method by which I interpret the riders needs and can quantify them so as to produce a complete design.

I also have a strong interest in the technical side of production and have developed a design and manufacturing process that is world leading. I used additive manufacturing to produce the tube junctions of each frame which are 'printed' from titanium powder. Each set of junctions is unique to that particular customer and the manufacturing process allows me to design them in completed different ways to conventional manufacturing using a series of variable lattice structures on the inside of the junctions.  This allows me to produce a frame that can be redone much further than with conventional manufacturing and it also allows more design integration and reduced weight.  The latest generation of titanium frames that I'm producing are competitive with carbon frames in terms of weight yet remain stronger and are of course all made to measure.
